The dashboard is the operational layer behind Karrier One: identity, KYC, numbers, services, and deployment actions all meet in one logged-in product surface.

what mattered

  • The main design problem was blending web3 mechanics with familiar web2 product flows so users could complete high-friction tasks without feeling lost.
  • Key product surfaces include identity verification, account setup, service configuration, and operational actions around telecom hardware and rewards.
  • I treated this as both a UX and systems problem: the UI had to feel simple while still exposing real operational complexity.
